Randy Johnston

Randy Johnston is an entertaining guy with an engaging way of presenting himself. Author of the regional bestseller, Robbed at Pen Point, the Dallas malpractice attorney often warns people about scammers who perpetuate legal malpractice, stockbroker/investment fraud, accounting and money management malpractice and many other financial shenanigans on unknowing consumers.

When promoting his book, Randy is often asked, “What is the next big scam that you see on the horizon?” His answer: “The one you haven’t seen yet. These scammers and financial hit men are much quicker at developing new schemes than you are at uncovering them.”

When addressing groups, Randy often uses his guitar to get his point across. He plays with a Dallas blues band, Blue Collar Crime, and sometimes sings a ballad that describes what his practice is all about. He assumes the responsibility to protect people from those who steal your money with signatures on documents, using legal and accounting degrees, stockbroker licenses and money management certifications.
